Q: I entered my code and it’s not registering, what’s happening?
A: Make sure you have included the dashes between the groups of letters and numbers
Q: Is the code case-sensitive?
A: No, feel free to use lowercase letters when entering your code
Q: How can I check my balance?
A: Above on the right hand corner of any page on the website, there are different options listed: “My Account”, “Gift Certificates” and “Sign in or Create an account”. Click on the “Gift Certificates” link and on the right side of the new page will be three different options “Purchase a Gift Certificate”, “Redeem a Gift Certificate” and “Check remaining balance”. Choose “Check remaining balance” and enter your code with the dashes and your balance will be available to view.
Q: Do I need to enter my credit card information?
A: If your total is less than the total amount of the gift card then you do not have to enter any credit card information. In the event there is a remaining amount due after you have entered your gift card, then you will be required to enter your credit card information to pay the remaining amount.
Q: Do I need to have an account to shop?
A: When checking out, you do not need to register an account. Registering an account will allow you to check the status of your orders, view completed orders, view items you recently looked at, and will allow you to subscribe to our newsletter.
